Test is OK because that is PNG, not a SVG. Microsoft based browsers turn svg extensions into svg.png, which is actually a PNG like yours is. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! you can download from Wiki an actual, pure SVG file, that maybe you won't be able to open.
